Discover that there are three ways for you to choose from:
First, the dislocation method, because the material is made of wood, and it is a wood screw. The thread of the wood screw is different from that of other metal screws, so it is very wide and tight. If it can’t be screwed out at all with the silk-taking artifact, if the position can be replaced, just ignore this position, and then screw it in at other positions.
Second, destroy the alternative method, which is generally not recommended.
1. Drill holes around the wood screw with a bit thinner than the wood screw, and the depth is the same as that of the wood screw. Destroy the structure around the wood, and then clip out the wood screws with pointed nose pliers.
2. There will be a big hole in the wood. At this time, add baking soda with 502 glue to seal the original hole and repair it. The video I took has been demonstrated.
3. Use a metal drill bit with a diameter smaller than that of the wood screw to drill holes in the repaired place and screw in the wood screw.
Don’t try to screw in the wood screw directly, it may break again.
Don’t use the woodworking bit, the repaired place is hard, which may damage the woodworking bit.
Third, the metal destruction method. This method is my favorite. Of course, it needs a little skill.
When 1 or 2 boards are stacked together, the screw is broken on the second board. Directly align the original hole position, then use a metal drill bit, the diameter of the drill bit should be less than about 2mm of the wood screw, and punch a hole in the center of the broken wood screw at the original hole position. Because the two boards are stacked together, the original hole position of the first board can play a very good role in fixing the drill bit and preventing it from being deflected.
2. The screw on a single board is broken, or the screw is broken on the first board. At this time, our first task is to fix the drill bit to prevent it from being deflected. Unless you’re a master among the best, don’t be lucky if you miss with an electric drill 100 with your bare hands. At this time, you can search the carpenter’s vertical positioning hole punch on a treasure.
