There are 2 types of disassembly and assembly of the circlip. One is an expansion type and the other is a contraction type. How to install and disassemble the shaft clamp (circlip)
1. Expandable circlip
(1) Use snap ring pliers
Place a snap ring pliers in the gap at the end of the snap ring and hold it against the other end of the handle snap ring. Spread the snap ring pliers and remove or install the snap ring in place.
(2) Use a flat head screwdriver
In the gap at the end of the snap ring, place a flathead screwdriver on each side, use 2 flathead screwdrivers, and tap the screwdrivers lightly. To hold the snap ring in place, squeeze the snap ring down with a brass rod and tap the open end of the snap ring against the connection end with a hammer
pay attention to:
• Take a cloth to prevent the snap ring from popping out.
·Should ensure that the metal shavings left on the brass rods are removed cleanly.
2. Folding type circlip

Use a flat head screwdriver to slowly pry the inside out from the edge of the snap ring and remove it.
To better hold the snap ring in place, use a flathead screwdriver to press the snap ring until it fits securely into the retaining groove.
⑶ Application of Taiyin
Install the snap ring on the shaft. Clamp the snap ring in a vise and press in to install.
