How to use Sleeve Anchor and its scope of use?

Generally speaking,  Sleeve Anchor is a metal  Sleeve Anchor, and the fixation of  Sleeve Anchor is to use wedge slope to promote expansion to generate friction and wrapping force, so as to achieve the fixed effect. One end of the screw is threaded and the other end has a taper. A piece of iron sheet (some are steel pipes) is wrapped on the outside, and half of the iron sheet cylinder (steel pipe) has several notches. They are inserted into the holes made on the wall together, and then the nut is locked. The nut pulls the screw outward, pulling the taper into the iron sheet cylinder. The iron sheet cylinder is expanded and tightly fixed to the wall, usually used for fastening protective fences, awnings, air conditioners, and other materials on cement, bricks, etc.

Sohow to use it?First, choose an alloy drill bit with the same diameter as the Wall plug tightening ring, install it on the electric drill, and then drill holes on the wall. The depth of the hole is the same as the length of the bolt. Then, put the Wall plug kit into the hole together. Remember, don’t screw off the nut. Otherwise, it will be difficult to take out the bolt when it falls into the hole when the hole is relatively deep. Then, tighten the nut and then unscrew it. Align the fixed part with the bolt and install it. Install the outer gasket or spring washer to tighten the nut and it is complete!

sleeve anchorIts scope of application is also very broad, due to its small drilling hole, large tension and flat exposed after use. It can be removed at will if not used. It has obvious advantages of keeping the wall flat

Fasten air conditioner, water heater, Kitchen hood, etc

Fixed frameless balcony windows, anti-theft doors and windows, kitchen, bathroom components, etc

Fixation of ceiling screw rod (combined with casing and cone cap)

Other occasions that require fixation.
