What is a Rivet Nut?

Because the riveting operation of the rivet nut needs to be carried out on the softer material, it can be riveted on the other hand, but it also brings a problem, that is, its mechanical properties can only be maintained in the state of Grade 4 and Grade 5 at the highest, which can facilitate the plasticity of the material during the rivet installation. Nowadays, rivet nuts are commonly used in the frames of various mechanical structures, such as the common connection parts of the pipe rack structure of textile machines, or the connection parts of the back plates of some cabinets, etc.
